Charles (1841-1883) was the brother of William Stevens Fowler, sons of Timothy Fowler III. Charles married Julia Mary Holladay (1849-1922) in 1866. No date was recorded for this card, but Charles looks to be about 30. Frank Bowman probably printed this image from an older image, after Charles died on 28 Jan 1883. |
