Note the Fowler house next door on left, at 303 Whalley. Kate lived her entire life on Whalley Avenue, being born at the Fowler residence at 187, which was later moved to 303. She inherited the lot next door at 299, on the corner of Sherman Avenue, where the Baldwin hous was built. Both she and her husband died in that house. Katie Maria 'Kate' Fowler 1857-1946 . m.
