"I only lost a couple."
Stowaway is a primitive golf course, perfect for my first rounds. An old guy named Morse ran the place, and gave me a lesson or two. He taught me a short stroke with a scoopy style - fine for a boy who was only slightly athletic. . We played 9-hole Stowaway quite a few times. The latest review of it online was from 2015, and none of the four I found was more than three stars. Still, the fees were low, and nobody cared how badly you played. Golf costs too much anyhow - I'd be fine with playing there, if I lived nearby. I called 978-897-4532 at night, no answer or machine.
