1:49 PM - we arrived at 7 AM for our 8:00 Greyhound bus. . The part-time kid who worked the tiny Greyhound office locked the door at 10 AM, said we should have a bus driver at 2 PM, and left. Our bus was there; the previous bus had come in after 3 AM. It was since replaced, but our driver was out of hours. . Another customer reached somebody at Greyhound - their computers said our bus had left at 8:17 AM and gone through customs (an hour away) at 1 PM. Greyhound refused to transfer her to somebody who could actually do something. They promised a driver by 4 PM. |
