| Dad used to tell us bedtime stories about Poody & Doony. One of them inspired us to try to dig a cave in the back yard. We sure learned how hard it was to dig. This might have been the hole - certainly we got no deeper - but this may have been Dad's compost hole, and ours may have been later. In 1957, Dad built the essentials of the the tree house for us - surely no caves after that. |
