The 1903 model A Cadillac (the first) came out in late 1902. This looks like a 1905 Model F with dual front lights, a full driver step, spare tire on the step, and the Perry P replacing a customary sloped word Cadillac.

On the back, Liz says: "1-cyllinder Cadillac, about 1900. Taken at Lake Quassapaug" (Middlebury CT). I'm betting 1905, making Ped about 12. Liz also mentions Harry and Bethany CT - perhaps Harry lived there (Fred Perry's family did).
